WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 
We are looking for an Environment Art Outsourcing Specialist to join our team at Next Level Games! A snapshot of the role includes: 

  • Partner with our Art Director, Outsourcing Lead, Lead Artists and Senior Manager to ensure that our outsource partners are delivering content that is aligned with our artistic vision, at the right quality standards and respecting timelines 
  • Support the internal art team to ensure that all outsourced assets meet the quality standards 
  • Contribute to the project by working with the Presentation Team, supporting asset integration, asset creation and identify workflow improvements opportunities 
  • Partner with art production to maintain, track and organize all outsourced content deliverables 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 
  • Experience in managing outsourcing and/or co-dev teams 
  • Knowledge of 3D art pipelines and workflows 
  • Experience working with 3D software (Maya) 
  • Include a link to your art portfolio

This is a hybrid role, with the first three months fully in‑studio. After that, there is flexibility to work from home, with a requirement of three days per week in our Vancouver studio.

The hiring range for this position is $67,000 to $84,000 CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
