WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
We are looking for a Art Producer to join our team at Next Level Games! In this key role, you’ll work closely with cross-disciplined teams to ensure alignment between creative vision, technical execution, and production targets.
- Project Management: Track the development of features and assets from concept to creation; Manage and coordinate development schedules and resources to ensure things stay on track and within scope.
- Strategy and Planning: Work with Senior Production to support the Characters and Concept teams with setting goals and planning Milestones and Sprints; Hold the team accountable to timelines, estimates and goals.
- Problem Solving: Apply hands-on knowledge of game development and work closely with creative and technical leads to solve challenges and deliver high quality results.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; Devise mitigation strategies and support the team to find solutions and keep development moving forward.
- Communication: Provide regular status updates and facilitate the flow of information and feedback across teams.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team and craft experts to ensure timely hand-offs and effective cross-discipline collaboration and team work.
- Processes and Workflows: Leverage project management expertise and past production experience to assist in establishing and continuously improving workflows and processes.
- Team Health and Morale: Ensure work is appropriately scoped; Foster a collaborative environment where team members are motivated and capable of delivering their highest quality work.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience leading large, cross-functional game teams
- Strong knowledge of production pipelines and tools
- 3+ years working on console or PC titles
- Experience in a production role aross all stages of development (Pre-Pro to Debug)
- Background in a hands-on dev role within Concept, Character or Rigging is a plus!
- Strong communicator with leadership and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about making great games and supporting great games

This is a hybrid role, with the first three months fully in‑studio. After that, there is flexibility to work from home, with a requirement of three days per week in our Vancouver studio.
The hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
